Take ownership for all aspects of Procurement - start with evaluation of all contracts across 500+ SKU's and create the company's first true RFP process

Evaluate all current purchasing processes and look for ways to build better processes, automate tasks, and streamline how things are done - this is a manual environment today within a company that embraces technology...you will be empowered to find and implement best practices

Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations....this is a tight knit, mid-sized, highly collaborative organization

Build genuine, trusting relationships with suppliers. We are searching for someone who will get to know each vendor and build relationships that go beyond just placing orders

Stay on top of market trends and pricing and use that information to make smart purchasing decisions

Help build out the purchasing department and put the right structure and processes in place for the company's continued growth
