About the Position
Shift: 645p-715a, every other weekend
Assessment:
Performs assessments & reassessments per policy & procedure or as warranted by patient condition; demonstrates ability to make sound independent decisions.
Requirements
2 years RN experience, Epic experience, IN license
Required Diploma.
OR Associate’s Degree (ASN).
Required Certifications & Licensure:
-Registered Nurse.
-BLS, NIHSS.
