Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient June 15th, 2026.
Position Summary:Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing careplanin coordination with patient,familyand interdisciplinarystaffas necessary. Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates indischargeplanning process.
Pay:
Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
- Current state licensure asan Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is notacceptable
Experience:
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, timemanagementand prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented, able to meet estricttimeframes
