Allied Universal is looking for a Security Officer Patrol Driving Role in Clarksville, IN. You will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a busy retail location, where you will patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.63 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document details according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor for unusual behaviour, policy violations, and/or potential hazards, and report concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support access control and loss prevention efforts by observing entry and exit activity, checking authorised areas, and providing visible presence throughout the location.

• A valid driver’s licence is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s licence will be required for driving positions only.
