Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.63 / Hour

• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee traffic, and help to deter theft, trespassing, and/or other unwanted activity through visible presence and routine patrol activity.
• Assist with closing procedures, alarm-related responses, and/or crowd management during busy periods, special events, and high-traffic business hours.

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
