Security Officer Patrol Driver Role

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as assigned;
Help to deter unwanted activity by monitoring foot traffic, observing surroundings, and reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations;
Support access control and loss prevention efforts by verifying authorized access to restricted areas, assisting with crowd management, and following post orders for opening, closing, and/or special events
