Temporary Safety Associate

Now Hiring:
Project Safety Advisor for a construction project in Clarksville, TN. This project is set to run from June 16, 2026, to at least November 1, 2026.

U.S. Compliance is looking for experienced and motivated Construction Safety Professionals to join our national team as temporary employees of U.S. Compliance.

If you're passionate about protecting people, ensuring compliance, and enjoy traveling to major construction projects across the country, we want to hear from you!

You'll support large-scale projects including Data Centers, AI facilities, and Distribution Centers - providing on-site leadership, guidance, and hands-on safety support.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of construction safety experience with a CHST (or higher) or 5+ years of construction safety experience without a certification
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction (within the last 5 years)
• Strong understanding of OSHA 1926 standards
• Ability to lead training, communicate effectively, and engage crews

☆ Preferred Qualifications:

• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• CHST, SMP, ASP or CSP certification
• Experience on Data Center, AI, or Distribution projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation:

• $50/hour regular time
• $75/hour overtime
• $130/day per diem (7 days a week)
