FIRE SYSTEMS CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
A rapidly growing fire protection organization is expanding in the Houston market and actively seeking an experienced Fire Systems Construction Manager to join the team. This is not a sit‑behind‑the‑desk role.
Compensation & Benefits- $99K–$133K Base + Bonus Potential
- Vehicle Allowance + Gas Card + Toll Tag
- Relocation Assistance Available
- Houston Area | No Travel
- Run sprinkler construction projects from start to finish
- Manage schedules, budgets, subs & customer relationships
- Lead in fast‑paced field environments
- Handle change orders & problem‑solving confidently
- 5+ years in fire sprinkler construction
- PM, Superintendent, or Field Leadership experience
- Strong communication & customer‑facing skills
- Procore experience is a huge plus
