Civil Project Manager

A growing heavy civil contractor is confidentially seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee site development and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Civil Project Manager looking to join a stable company with a strong pipeline of work and long-term growth potential.

• Lead civil construction projects from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, Superintendents, clients, and municipalities
• Review contracts, drawings, grading plans, and utility specifications
• Manage schedules, project documentation, permits, and inventory
• Oversee earthwork, cut/fill operations, and site utility work
• Proactively solve project challenges to keep projects on schedule and within budget

• 5+ years of experience as a Civil Project Manager in heavy civil construction
• Strong knowledge of grading, utilities, earthwork, and site development
• Ability to read civil plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with heavy equipment and OSHA safety standards preferred
