Thrive Early Learning Center is seeking a strong, experienced educator to lead our PreK class in a structured, confidence‑building environment designed to prepare children for early school success.

This position is ideal for a teacher who believes:

Responsibilities
  • Lead a structured Pre‑K classroom focused on readiness skills
  • Build independence, responsibility, and problem‑solving skills
  • Foster emotional regulation and social confidence
  • Implement developmentally appropriate literacy and math foundations
  • Prepare children for group instruction expectations
  • Maintain strong communication with families
  • Collaborate with leadership on program refinement
Ideal Candidate
  • 2+ years classroom teaching experience (Pre‑K or Kindergarten preferred)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Experience with structured group instruction
  • Understanding of kindergarten expectations and standards
  • Calm, emotionally steady presence
  • Excellent communication skills
