Austin Peay State University is currently seeking part-time, temporary instructors in the area of English Composition and World Literature. The Department offers both online and on-campus courses.

Teach English Composition I, English Composition II, or Traditions in World Literature depending on the needs of the department.

Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

• MA in English, MFA in Creative Writing, or MA in a related field with at least 18 graduate

hours in English.

The number of adjunct instructors hired varies from semester to semester, depending upon the needs of the department. Each applicant must include the names and contact information for three references,one of which must be from your most recent or current employer, with your application materials.
