Part-time Technical Collections and Communications; TCC Field Service Representative; FSR SOC

Position Overview

Nightwing is seeking a Part‑time PT Technical Collections and Communications (TCC) Field Service Representative (FSR) to support a DoD contract providing technical equipment advisory and support for SOCOM efforts. The role will assist with equipment installation, system configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting. Travel overseas is required (Qatar).

Location:

• Mentor and advise senior military personnel on equipment, technical capabilities, and employment Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs) for utilizing HF‑TTL equipment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) for employing HF‑TTL devices based on capabilities and critical factors.
• Provide technical expertise and support in testing and installing audio and video server applications.
• Coordinate with Nightwing headquarters for specialized program support.
• Provide technical expertise and operational perspective for new equipment and integration efforts.
• Conduct research and develop best practices.

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance (TS/SCI).
• Retired or former Special Operations soldier with at least 5 years of U.S. military experience in a similar capacity.
• Recent combat experience.
• Experience with technical information collection equipment supporting War on Terrorism objectives.
• Proficiency with web‑based applications such as Microsoft Office, Windows, Google Earth, C2PC, Streets & Trips, and Map Printability.
• Ability to travel independently and operate autonomously for extended periods.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technical products.
• Time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Capacity to carry a 35‑pound load without assistance.
• Experience with CONUS and OCONUS travel to support units.

• Leadership skills and ability to interact effectively with management, customers, and employees.

Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years in engineering or other technical positions.

U.S. citizenship required. Only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
