The MatrEX® Product Manager is responsible for the comprehensive lifecycle management and strategic direction of the MatrEX® product line. This role ensures supply chain stability for core tube configurations while driving growth through the development of new devices and chemical formulations. By bridging the gap between manufacturing, compliance, and sales, this position ensures MatrEX® remains a high-performance solution within the EOTECH portfolio.

• Manage the entire MatrEX® product lifecycle, from strategic planning to end-of-life execution.
• Oversee supply chain assurance to guarantee the availability of product offerings.
• Lead the expansion of the product line by spearheading the development of new hardware devices and MatrEX® formulations.
• Provide direct operational support to manufacturing teams to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain high production efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and safety compliance, including facility standards, safety protocols, and hazardous material shipping regulations.
• Support the EOTECH sales team by providing technical data, product training, and sales assets to drive revenue growth.

• This role requires significant cross-functional leadership and may involve managing junior product specialists, chemists or coordinating with external vendors and partners.

• May require travel to manufacturing facilities or customer locations as needed.

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and supply chain logistics.
• Familiarity with chemical handling, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance for industrial or tactical products.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to provide on-site manufacturing support.
• Ability to act on behalf of EOTECH on business matters and use EOTECH trademarks appropriately.
• Experience in Explosives field or related U.S. Military MOS (89D, M02A, M03A, M04A, 3E8X1, 2336, 2305).
• U.S. Citizenship Required

• Successfully completed U.S. Military EOD school is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Supply Chain Management (CSCP) preferred.

• U.S. Military experience in explosives related MOS is preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years proven leadership experience in related Military role, product management or business development within a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex supply chains and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Background in identifying market opportunities and executing product growth strategies.

• Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification, and reference checks.

• Experience in the US Military related field, defense technology or tactical equipment industry.
• Knowledge of specialized chemical formulations and dispensing systems.
• Previous involvement in Business Development (BD) and strategic partnership initiatives.
