At The City Forum, we’re all about creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, and as an Arcade Technician, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the fun going. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing arcade games, laser tag equipment, and redemption machines, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our guests.

• Maintain and repair arcade games, laser tag equipment, and redemption machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the arcade manager and team to diagnose and resolve technical issues, including both hardware and software‑related problems.
• Ensure card readers, coin pushers, and redemption games are stocked, calibrated, and functioning correctly.
• Assist guests and teammates during business hours with game issues, helping to create a seamless and exciting arcade experience.
• Keep detailed logs of maintenance, repairs, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.

• Strong problem‑solving skills and a knack for fixing things.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the team.
• A passion for gaming and technology is a plus!

This role is hands‑on, so be prepared for activities such as lifting, standing, climbing ladders, and working inside arcade machines to keep them in top condition.
