Project Manager; Field Services

Position: Project Manager (Field Services)
** CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager (Field Services) for our client in Clarksville, TN.*
* ** Duration:
** 1 year

** Duties:*
* + Lead and manage Field Services projects, including desktop/laptop deployments, software rollouts, and QA initiatives.

+ Coordinate with Field Services Team Leads and QA Technicians to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.

+ Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for field operations.

+ Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to SLA agreements and escalation protocols.

+ Facilitate communication between technical teams, clients, and stakeholders.

+ Oversee inventory management, hardware maintenance schedules, and deployment logistics.

+ Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and continuous improvement opportunities.

* + Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

+ Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

+ Understanding of desktop/laptop imaging, M365 troubleshooting, and QA processes.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.

* Experience:

* + 5-7 years of experience in IT Field Services, Desktop Support, or Project Management.

+ Proven experience managing technical projects and cross-functional teams.

+ A+ Certification or PMP Certification preferred.

* Education:

* + Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
