We are seeking a highly experienced and technical Test and Demonstration SME for our commercial product team, someone who brings a wealth of operational experience, technical acumen, integrates well with our team, our customers, and can deploy globally as needed. This role requires strong technical skills to validate software that secures and operates systems across the spectrum of tactical communications to strategic level.

All candidates must have an active TS/SCI security clearance on day one. U.S. Citizenship is required. Qualified applicants must meet the requirements to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI level government security clearance.

• Software testing experience (functional, integration, system testing)
• Test automation framework development and maintenance
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systems
• Ability to write and execute detailed test plans
• Documentation skills for test cases, bug reports, and test results
• Mentor and advise senior military and government personnel on various equipment, technical capabilities and employment techniques, tactics, and procedures (TTPs) for utilizing SATCOM, RF, and MANET systems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) for employing communications systems and equipment capabilities and other critical factors.
• Provide technical expertise and support in testing and installing audio and video server applications.
• Provide technical expertise and operational perspective for new equipment and integration efforts.
• Conduct research and develop best practices.
• Performance and load testing
• Security testing concepts and tools
• Knowledge of OS internals (Linux and/or Windows)
• DOD System Security Engineering and standards (RMF, Cyber Resiliency, Anti-Tamper, etc.)
• Virtualization technologies (QEMU, KVM, VMWare, Virtual Box, Hyper-V, etc.)
• Experience validating technical documentation as part of release process
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services
• Experience with the Team Awareness Kit (TAK) suite of software (ATAK, WinTAK and iTAK)

• Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance / SCI
• Retired or former Special Operations soldier with 5 years of United States military experience in a similar capacity.
• Recent combat experience.
• Experience with technical information collection equipment.
• Experience with web-based applications including, but not limited to:
  Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and various viewing software programs such as Osprey, Google Earth, C2PC, and Google Maps.
• Must be able to travel independently and operate for periods of time without supervision.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical products.
• Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
