Job Overview

Test and Demonstration Subject Matter Expert – Commercial Product Team

• Validate software that secures and operates systems across tactical to strategic levels of communications.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and execute functional, integration, and system tests.
• Write and execute detailed test plans, document test cases, bug reports, and test results.
• Debug and troubleshoot Linux, Windows, and related operating systems.
• Provide technical expertise and support in testing and installing audio and video server applications.
• Mentor senior military and government personnel on equipment, technical capabilities, and Employment TTPs for SATCOM, RF, and MANET systems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) for employing communications systems.
• Conduct research, develop best practices, and validate technical documentation as part of the release process.
• Provide operational perspective for new equipment and integration efforts.
• Support technology evaluation, performance and load testing, security testing concepts and tools.

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required on day one.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Minimum 5 years of United States military experience in a similar capacity, including recent combat experience.
• Experience with satellite, RF, and MANET systems TTPs.
• Strong command of software testing, test planning, and test automation.
• Proficiency with Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (QEMU, KVM, VMware, Virtual Box, Hyper‑V).
• Knowledge of DOD System Security Engineering (RMF, Cyber Resiliency, Anti‑Tamper).
• Experience with Amazon Web Services and TAK suite of software (ATAK, WinTAK, iTAK).
• Experience with performance and load testing, security testing concepts.
• Experience validating technical documentation and performing release activities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time‑management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, including both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
• Ability to carry a 35‑pound load independently.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to interact with management, customers, and employees.
• Advanced degree in STEM with relevant experience.
