Commissary Associate

Full‑time hourly position located at Troubadour Golf & Field Club, Nashville, Tennessee. Starting pay $18–$20 per hour.

• Participate in daily morning meeting with Commissary staff
• Receive purchase orders from the Commissary supervisor and collect product as assigned
• Understand basic product  quality of ingredients to fulfill orders properly
• Check out final PO orders with the Supervisor before sending them to each department
• Deliver product to appropriate outlet, stage in assigned area, and obtain signed copy from outlet manager
• Organize assigned area in the commissary and perform daily maintenance
• Participate in assigned daily, weekly, and special projects cleaning lists
• Unload and distribute large deliveries to assigned areas
• Carry out any other and all tasks as assigned by the commissary supervisor or manager
• Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the commissary
• Ensure all equipment is properly functioning and report any malfunctions to the Manager/Supervisor on duty immediately
• Close commissary using the provided closing checklist

• High School Diploma
• A minimum of one year of experience in Warehousing or Hotel environment, Distribution, Receiving and Warehouse Transportation functions
• Basic knowledge of product  food safety
• Motivated self‑starter who displays initiative and possesses the ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to deal with a wide range of employees, including upper management, regarding the day‑to‑day operation of the Commissary and special projects within the Purchasing & Logistics Department
• Telehandler and forklift operations a plus
• Valid Health Certificate

• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members
• Ability to work flexible hours/schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times
• Proficient reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English; additional languages preferred
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds
