Job SummaryLG Chem America Advanced Material Inc. is excited to welcome a motivated Logistics Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic corporate team. In this role you will gain hands‑on experience across the full logistics cycle—including processing local inland transportation, invoice verification, supporting month‑end close activities, and taking on additional responsibilities that contribute to the success of our logistics operations. This position is on‑site at our corporate office in Clarksville of Montgomery County, TN, with working hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
GeneralLogistics Support
- Provide logistics services to LG Chem Advance Material, Inc.
- Perform assigned logistics tasks in alignment with team leader guidance and company policies.
- Logistics operation & inventory support: coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipment schedule.
- Monitor real‑time inventory level using ERP (SAP) and MES and WMS system.
- Assist in periodic physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Data analysis & financial settlement: process monthly logistics cost settlement and verify invoices from service providers.
- Track and report on logistics KPIs (e.g., on‑time delivery, shipping accuracy, freight cost per unit).
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and suggest cost‑saving opportunities.
- Verify bill of lading (BL), invoice (IV), packing list (PL) from various partners.
- Act as liaison between sales, production, and third‑party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Manage relationships with 3PL companies and warehouse operators to ensure service quality.
- Provide reporting support for internal and external stakeholders, including HQ reports, North American regional office and division leader reporting, weekly and monthly internal reports.
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP); familiarity with PowerPoint and Word; familiarity with ERP system (SAP preferred) and MES and WMS. - Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail and organizational skill; excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills; professional attitude and eagerness to learn, demonstration of initiative, curiosity, and commitment to developing logistics knowledge; attitude of understanding and complying with the company’s ethical guidelines.
- Preferred Attributes: 2–3 years experience in logistics, SCM, or trade administration.
- Collaboration & Team Contribution: Work closely with colleagues and internal customers to support accounting activities; show initiative, ask questions, and proactively seek ways to improve processes; embrace a mindset of continuous learning and strive for high quality results.
