Job Summary (Basic Functions)LG Chem America Advanced Material Inc. is excited to welcome a motivated Logistics Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic corporate team! In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience across the full logistics cycle—including processing local inland transportation, invoice verification, supporting month‑end close activities, and taking on additional responsibilities that contribute to the success of our logistics operations.
This position is on‑site at our corporate office in the Clarksville of Montgomery county, TN, with working hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
What You’ll Learn and Contribute To Essential Functions and Hands‑On Experience You Will Gain (include but are not limited to) YOUR ROLE AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES General Logistics SupportProvide Logistics services to LG Chem Advance Material, Inc.
Core Logistics ResponsibilitiesPerform assigned Logistics tasks in alignment with team leader guidance and company policies.
Key Responsibilities Logistics Operation & Inventory Support- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipment schedule.
- Monitor real time inventory level using ERP(SAP) and MES and WMS system.
- Assist in periodic physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Process monthly logistics cost settlement and verify invoice from service providers.
- Track and report on Logistics KPIs(e.g., On-time delivery, Shipping Accuracy, Freight Cost per Unit).
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and suggest cost saving opportunities.
- Bill of Ladding(BL), Invoice(IV), Packing list(PL) verification from various partner.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Production, and 3rd-Party Logistics(3PL) providers.
- Manage relationship with 3rd-Part Logistics company and warehouse operators to ensure service quality.
Provide reporting support for internal and external stakeholders, including:
- HQ reports
- North America regional office and division leader reporting
- Weekly and monthly internal reports
Skills and Experience:
What We’re Looking For Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel(Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP are essential) : familiarity PowerPoint and Word is also beneficial.
- Familiarity with ERP system(SAP preferred) and MES and WMS.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skill.
- Excellent verbal , written, and presentation communication skills.
- Professional attitude and eagerness to learn, demonstration initiative, curiosity, and a commitment to developing logistics knowledge.
- Attituded of understanding and complying with the company’s ethical guidelines.
Experience : 2~3 years of experience in logistics, SCM, or trade administration.
Work closely with colleagues and internal customers to support accounting activities. Show initiative, ask questions, and proactively seek ways to improve processes. Embrace a mindset of continuous learning and strive for high‑quality results.
