Robotics Site Rollout — On-site, Nashville TN and Newark, NJ | Contract with long-term potential

Coordinate the vendors and teams that bring warehouse robots online.

We're hiring on-site Deployment Coordinators to support a major rollout of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) across US operations. You'll be the site point person — coordinating the electrical and robotics vendors, keeping mapping paths clear with the operations team, and learning the AMR set-up process (full vendor training provided) through to handover.

This is a coordination and delivery role — not a hands-on install or engineering job. If you're great at herding vendors and getting things done on a busy site, read on.

What you'll do

• Be the on-site coordination point across electrical vendors, AMR vendors and operations
• Keep third-party vendors on schedule and to quality (without doing the physical install yourself)
• Work with operations to ensure clear mapping paths for the robots
• Learn the AMR mapping and operating process alongside the vendor and support go-live
• Track and report progress, risks and blockers; hand off cleanly to operations

What we're looking for

• Strong vendor / stakeholder coordination on live operational or deployment sites
• Confident directing third-party vendors to plan, schedule and quality
• Technically literate — comfortable with robotics, electrical and mapping concepts (hands-on engineering not required)
• At home in a fast-paced warehouse / logistics environment
• Basic OSHA / site-safety awareness; happy to work 10-hour day shifts (some night work later)
• Rollout / site / junior project coordination background
