Maintenance Supervisor

Nickel Plate Properties and Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join Cumberland Ridge Apartments located in Clarksville, TN. Essential

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directly responsible for overseeing the efforts of maintenance team

• Supply and vendor management

• Budget and negotiation of contracts with suppliers

• Create and execute preventative maintenance program

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

• Minimum of 5 year of maintenance experience

• HVAC & amp; CPO Certification

• Must be able to work outdoors and weekends

• Able to safely carry large items and climb stairs

• Have good verbal and written communication

• Process great attention to detail

• Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
