$13.00 / hour

We are looking for a Custodian who will be responsible for cleaning retail locations, following daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules, and performing all related custodial duties.

• Collect all garbage and recyclables from the assigned locations and place them in the correct disposal dumpster
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and fixtures daily with a germicidal solution
• Wet mop all washable floors, including restrooms, stairwells, elevators, office areas, and storage areas
• Cleans glass and windows (inside and outside) when required
• Cleans office areas and building entrances
• Vacuum all carpeted areas and dust mop corridors
• Dust, clean, and sanitize other surfaces
• Refills paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap in all dispensers
• Complete and maintain housekeeping log according to the schedule
• Participates in emergency drills and environmental safety activities, as requested
• Attends and participates in worksite safety and in-service training
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Experience in the custodial field
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods

• Must be able to comply and pass a background check as required by the contract
• Willing to submit and pass a pre‑employment drug screen
• Must be able to physically move through the worksite
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods as well as stoop, squat, lift, carry, and push
• Wear protective equipment, such as latex gloves and safety glasses, per OSHA regulations, is required
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
