SALARY: $12.50 / HOUR

FIRST SHIFT

HOURS:

5:00 AM - 1:30 PM / 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM / 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

SECOND SHIFT

HOURS:

5:00 PM - 1:30 AM

DAYS: MONDAY - FRIDAY (SOME WEEKENDS)

REPORTING/OFFICE: 426 A MOORE ALLEY, CLARKSVILLE, TN 37040

Must apply through:

• Collect all garbage and recyclables from the assigned locations and place them in the correct disposal dumpster.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and fixtures daily with a germicidal solution.
• Wet mop all washable floors, including restrooms, stairwells, elevators, office areas, and storage areas.
• Clean glass and windows (inside and outside) when required.
• Clean office areas and building entrances.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas and dust mop corridors.
• Dust, clean, and sanitize other surfaces.
• Refill paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap in all dispensers.
• Complete and maintain housekeeping log according to the schedule.
• Participate in emergency drills and environmental safety activities, as requested.
• Attend and participate in worksite safety and in-service training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience in the custodial field.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods.

• Must be able to comply with and pass a background check as required by the contract.
• Willing to submit and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to physically move through the worksite.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods as well as stoop, squat, lift, carry, and push.
• Wear protective equipment, such as latex gloves and safety glasses, per OSHA regulations.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
