We are seeking an experienced Dual Sales Manager to support a Courtyard and Fairfield Inn & Suites in Clarksville, TN. This role is responsible for driving revenue through local negotiated corporate accounts, group business, and community relationships.
Responsibilities- Actively solicit and secure local negotiated rate (LNR) accounts with a strong focus on production and retention
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and key community partners
- Grow corporate, group, and extended stay business for both hotels
- Conduct sales calls, site tours, and networking activities
- Manage accounts, contracts, and production tracking
- Collaborate with hotel leadership to achieve revenue goals
- Prior hospitality sales experience required
- Proven success with local negotiated rate production
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Marriott brand experience preferred
Base Salary plus Bonus Structure, Dental, Vision, Medical Benefits available. $45,000-$55,000
