Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians.
• Support the IATF audit process and actively contribute to the plant improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all plant personnel are thoroughly trained in quality requirements and the quality plan.
• Oversee the continuous training and professional development of Quality Technicians.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Quality Manager or a Senior Quality Engineer ready to take the next step in their career. Ideal candidates should possess expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Product Launch
• IATF 16949
• PPAP / APQP
• Extrusion Process
• Metrology
• Lean / Continuous Improvement
• Six Sigma and L6S Certification
• Kepner-Tregoe Analysis
• Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
