Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Avanti Group is seeking a Die Maker / Pack Builder to remove and install clean packs/dies, disassemble and rebuild for maintenance cycles, and assist in machine line upkeep in a hot, demanding environment. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Shifts run about 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, with weekend work and overtime as required. Benefits include medical, dental & vision, PTO, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and double-time for holidays.
