Fridays 8-hour shifts

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform wound assessments and ongoing monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized wound care treatment plans
  • Provide hands‑on wound treatments and dressing changes
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Monitor infection control practices and prevention strategies
  • Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Educate staff, residents, and families on wound prevention and care
Qualifications:
  • Current, active LPN or RN license in good standing
  • Previous wound care experience preferred (SNF or long‑term care experience a plus)
  • Wound Care Certification (WCC) preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Strong assessment and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices
  • Compassionate, team‑oriented mindset
