We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team on a PRN/on-call basis, covering 12 hour shifts, Friday through Sunday. This role is ideal for a skilled nurse who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality care during critical weekend hours.

• Catheter care:
  Maintenance, monitoring, and documentation
• Wound care:
  Dressing changes, infection prevention, and healing assessments
• Patient turning:
  Every 2 hours to prevent pressure injuries
• Medication administration:
  Accurate and timely delivery per physician orders
• Shower days:
  Assist with hygiene and perform full-body assessments
• Documentation:
  Maintain clear and thorough records of patient care

• Current LPN license in the state of [Insert State]
• Minimum 1 Year Of Clinical Experience Preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently and respond promptly to on-call needs
