We are currently seeking a PRN Charge Nurse (RN) Registered Nurse to join our team at Turney Center Main located in Only, TN.

• Provide supervision of nursing and support staff on assigned shift in a correctional setting.
• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients.
• Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify and respond to a wide range of physical and mental health needs.

• Associate's degree required.
• Must hold a valid RN license in the applicable state.
• Must provide current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
• Prior experience providing nursing care, working with a high degree of autonomy, is required.
• Prior experience supervising nursing staff is preferred.
• Experience working in a correctional environment is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check.
