Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated RN Night Shift Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during the overnight shift. You'll provide clinical leadership, support your team, and help ensure quality patient care in a secure correctional healthcare environment where your expertise is valued.

What You'll DoProvide leadership and supervision for the night shift nursing team Serve as the primary clinical resource for nursing staff during overnight hours

Coordinate daily nursing operations to ensure efficient patient care Assist with patient assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergency response as needed

Support compliance with nursing standards, policies, and correctional healthcare guidelines

Coach, mentor, and encourage team members while promoting a positive work environment

Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to maintain continuity of care Complete accurate documentation and quality assurance responsibilities

We're Looking For Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license

Previous nursing leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred

Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to lead with confidence while supporting a collaborative team culture

Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care
