Job Summary:

The PNP serves as an integral member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide quality evidence-based diabetes and obesity care to our patients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating new and existing patients while focusing on wellness and preventive medicine to minimize health concerns, collaborate with Physicians and other medical personnel when needed, help to form treatment plans and education information about specific conditions related to child growth and development, prescribe medication and order immunizations, etc.

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Master's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Board Certification as Nurse Practitioner is strongly preferred.
• Current Pediatric Nurse Practitioner license in TN.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as NP is required.

Experience in any of the following specialties is strongly preferred:

• Diabetes
• Obesity Management
• Internal Medicine
• Family Medicine
• Primary Care

Medical Specialty:
