Job Summary

As a Virtual Patient Safety Attendant, you will monitor patients at risk for falls, injury, or self‑harm from your remote station and communicate concerns in real time to empower the care team to respond quickly.

Responsibilities
  • Watch patients continuously to ensure their safety and well‑being.
  • Identify risks such as falls or self‑harm and promptly alert the care team for intervention.
  • Document patient activity and changes accurately and clearly throughout your shift.
  • Respect patient privacy by safeguarding confidential information at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to foster a culture of compassion, respect, and teamwork.
Qualifications
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification by day 30 of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support or BCLS Instructor certification by day 30 of employment.
