Role Overview
A Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant providing comprehensive urgent and primary care services. Responsible for diagnosing, treating, and educating patients across all ages with various acute and chronic conditions, while collaborating with healthcare team members.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Perform medical assessments, treatments, and follow-ups, including procedures like laceration repairs, injections, and abscess drainage
- Manage on-site diagnostics such as lab work and x-rays, ensuring quality and compliance
- Lead and support clinical operations, participate in policy development, and maintain professional standards
- Provide guidance to medical staff and participate in educational programs
- Ensure adherence to licensing, certification, and accreditation requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active state license and board certification as an APRN or PA
- Current DEA license, DOT certification, and BLS certification or willingness to obtain
