American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Float Pool night shift position requiring prior travel experience and a TN or compact RN license.

• Hospital-based Med/Surg Float Pool position
• General Med/Surg patient population, ages 18+
• Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:6
• 12-hour night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
• Weekend shifts required
• No block schedule offered; flexibility required to meet unit staffing needs
• Floating required among 5 Med/Surg units as well as to the ER as needed
• Uses Cerner EMR

• Active RN license (TN or Compact) required at time of consideration
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Navy scrubs required

• Provide direct patient care within a general Med/Surg unit and float pool setting
• No time off approved from 9/19 through 10/17 due to an Epic Go Live
• Local candidates accepted at a lower rate
• Radius rule of 75 miles applies for standard travel rate eligibility
