American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Room position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience, prior travel experience, and a TN or compact RN license.

• Work in the Emergency Department of a 270-bed hospital with a 44-bed ED unit
• General patient population of all ages
• Patient ratios of 1:4-5
• 12-hour evening shift schedule, 12pm-12am
• 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
• No block schedule offered; must be flexible to meet unit staffing needs
• Weekend and holiday coverage required
• No floating required

• Active TN or compact RN license required on file at time of submission
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIH)
• Minimum of 2 years of ED experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred

• Navy scrubs required
• No time off approved from 9/19 to 10/17 due to Epic Go Live
• Orientation dates include 8/31, 9/14, 9/21, and 9/28 (no orientation on 9/7 due to Labor Day)
• Local candidates accepted at a lower rate
• Radius rule of 75 miles applies for travel rate eligibility
