American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Stepdown Unit position requiring a TN or compact license, prior travel nursing experience, and flexibility for 12-hour night shifts.
Details- 12-hour night shift schedule (7p-7a) in the Stepdown Unit
- No block schedule offered; must be flexible to meet unit staffing needs
- Weekend and holiday coverage required
- Patient ratios of 1:4
- May float to Med/Surg and ER units as needed
- Patient population includes adults 18 and older with varying cardiac and respiratory conditions
- Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
- Active TN RN license or compact license required at time of consideration
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Navy blue scrubs required
- No time off approved between 9/19 and 10/17 due to Epic Go Live
- Local candidates accepted at a lower rate within a 75-mile radius
