** Job Summary (Basic Functions)**:  LG Chem Advance Materials, Inc. (LGCTA) is actively searching for a
** Quality Control Engineer
** to join our team in Clarksville, TN. The Quality Control Engineer will be an individual contributor reporting to the Quality Manager. The Quality Control engineer will handle PQA (Process Quality Assurance for the mass production line) tasks.  The primary responsibilities for the QC Engineer will focus on quality management of the mass production line and setting up the analysis laboratory.

This position is based full time in Clarksville, TN and is not a remote role.
** What You’ll Be Doing
**** Essential Functions (include but are not limited to):
***** Quality Management for Production Lines******:
**** Monitor and manage the quality performance of production lines, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are maintained during production.
* Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, potential risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Manage containment actions and escalation processes for critical quality issues affecting production or customers.
* Review and approve engineering changes, process modifications, and new product introductions from a quality perspective.
*** Data Analysis and Reporting******:
**** Analyze quality-related data and generate actionable insights to improve process efficiency.
* Prepare and present quality reports for internal stakeholders.
*** Cross-functional Collaboration*** ***:
**** Support the Quality and Engineering teams during process improvements and troubleshooting activities.

*** Knowledge on how to train production personnel on new processes and/or new equipment procedures that may be necessary.

* Education:

** Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
** Requirements:
*** Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing/operations engineering, or a technical field preferably in powder, chemical, glass, refinery, plastics, food, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, automotive or batteries.
