You will write the project quality plan, set surveillance and audit programs, qualify vendors and inspection subcontractors, and report quality performance to the project manager and the owner's quality organization.
Responsibilities include planning audits, reviewing contractor QC plans and ITPs, owning nonconformance processes, and delivering monthly quality
