Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed feedback to the lead agent after each showing, enhancing the client experience.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to offer insightful advice to clients.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing marketing materials for listings, boosting property visibility.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, representing the company’s brand positively at all times.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or sales, ensuring a client-first approach.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, building trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of managing schedules and appointments efficiently.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.
  • Ability to provide insightful feedback and suggestions to enhance client experiences.

Compensation

$150,000 at plan commission
