• Create warm, welcoming vibes from the front door to the checkout
• Handle purchases, returns, gift cards, and special orders with confidence
• Keep the front counter cute, clean, and organized
• Keep lines moving with POS skills and fast typing
• Share helpful info about vendors, booths, and store layout
• Answer phones like a pro (polite, friendly, and upbeat)
• Help with big purchases, grab carts, and keep the space guest-ready
• Represent Miss Lucille’s with positivity, professionalism, and good energy

• You’re naturally friendly and love helping people
• You communicate well and enjoy guest interaction
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• You can multitask like a champ
• POS/cash-handling experience = a plus
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM
• You can stay on your feet and lift up to 70 lbs
