Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Clarksville, TN. The Salesperson will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential customers, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company’s products. Day-to-day tasks include presenting products to customers, responding to inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and participating in sales strategy planning. Collaboration with the marketing team to align sales efforts and staying informed about industry trends will also be essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills
  • Sales experience, with a focus on achieving targets and negotiating effectively
  • Knowledge of small arms components, weapons, or the firearms industry is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
  • A background in military service or familiarity with the needs of law enforcement and Special Ops personnel is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is preferred
