Job Title:

Commercial Account Manager

• Engage with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle needs.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
• Test drive vehicles to demonstrate features.
• Provide quotes and explain financing/leasing options for both new and used vehicles.
• Follow up with prospective customers and respond to emails/voicemails.
• Set appointments for online customers.
• Follow up with existing customers to generate leads.
• Understand buyer requirements and interests; match these interests to various car models.
• Explain warranties and services.
• Close sales by addressing objections, discussing sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
• Provide sales management information by completing reports.
• Assist with the setup of the showroom and displays.
• Stay updated on industry trends by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
• Contribute to the dealership’s reputation by fulfilling customer requests.
• Willing to travel daily up to 200 miles and overnight stays

• 1.Experience working with customers.
• 2.Proficiency in basic computer skills, email, and internet use.
• 3.Verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• 4.Bilingual skills are advantageous!

High School Diploma or GED

Standing, walking, and sitting for long periods of time

• 1.Valid Driver’s License
• 2.Be Insurable through Jenkins & Wynne, Inc. underwriter
• 3.Qualify for the State of Tennessee Sales License
