Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

This is a full‑time Handyman position located on‑site in Clarksville. In this role, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and installations, including carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical tasks. Day‑to‑day tasks include identifying and addressing maintenance issues, troubleshooting minor equipment malfunctions, ensuring safe use of tools and machinery, and providing support for ongoing construction and facility management projects. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members are essential.

• Proficiency in carpentry, painting, and general repair tasks
• Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective time‑management skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work on‑site in Clarksville, TN and flexibility to handle diverse tasks
• Previous experience in construction, general maintenance, or a related field is preferred
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
