House Smart Construction – Installer I in Loudon, TN is a hands-on, outdoor role with no experience required. You’ll join a crew, learn on the job, and support the Crew Chief on installation tasks.
You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and use basic hand/power tools. This full-time position offers hourly pay of $15.00–$16.50, paid weekly, and opportunities to grow within a Clayton division. Clayton provides strong benefits and training in a fast-growing environment.
