Shade Works in Nashville, TN, is seeking an installer to join our small, family-owned team. Primary duties include installing retractable screens, louvered pergolas, and interior blinds, plus general labor and site organization.
Requirements include a driver’s license, comfort with ladders, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to read a tape measure. Starting pay is based on experience, with a 1–3 month probationary period and PTO benefits.
