Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $40 - $40 / hour*

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to properly install fire alarm components such as control panels, smoke detectors, pull stations, and notification devices
• Run wiring and make electrical connections for fire alarm systems according to local codes and standards
• Test and inspect installed fire alarm systems to verify they are operating correctly
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with existing fire alarm systems and repair or replace faulty components

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) And Weekends

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready
• OSHA-10 Certification (we offer complimentary training if needed 1-3 years of experience installing and servicing fire alarm systems
• Completion of fire alarm installation training program or apprenticeship
• Certification as a Certified Fire Alarm Technician (CFAT) a plus
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
