Reliance Solutions is currently seeking a dependable individual with a strong work ethic to fill a full-time, permanent case manager position. The case manager is responsible for building client relationships and confidently guiding them through our process.

As a case manager, your responsibilities will be:

• Communicate clearly and concisely with clients to ensure confidence, comfort and trust.
• Multitask incoming emails and phone calls on a daily basis.
• Record client information within our database.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in typing.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• 1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred.
• Must be organized and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour
