The Workplace Incident Management (WIM) Team seeks a WIM Investigator II who will conduct investigations and threat assessments involving acts of violence, threats of violence, and potential for violence or concerning behaviors. The role is an individual contributor reporting to the Regional WIM Manager, AMER Region.

• Work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders such as Human Resources, Employee Relations, Legal, site security, and intelligence analysts to meet team goals.
• Perform comprehensive threat assessments or investigations into workplace incidents involving internal or external persons.
• Organize, prioritize, and investigate multiple incidents concurrently, balancing time, quality, and resources.
• Conduct interviews of impacted employees, witnesses, and persons of interest.
• Analyze CCTV video, access control systems, and other data collection capabilities.
• Use internal case management system for documentation of threat assessments and investigations.
• Deliver detailed investigative reports, narratives, executive summaries, and presentations to internal customers and stakeholders.
• Optimize operational excellence procedures and processes to improve team efficiency.
• Provide guidance to peers and mentor team members.
• Develop mitigation/management plans and recommend risk mitigation strategies beyond protective measures.
• Provide workplace violence prevention training, education, and outreach to employees and managers.
• Conduct post‑incident reviews and manage corrective action efforts.
• Be available for after‑hours emergencies.

• Experience in Incident Management, Threat Management, Corporate Investigations, Law Enforcement, Security Operations, or Crisis Management involving threat assessments, workplace investigations, and/or incident response.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

• Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Criminology, Social Work, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience managing project work streams and delivering milestones with limited guidance.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize procedures and processes and contribute best practices across teams.

• USA, TN, Nashville – $72,900.00 – $ USD annually
• USA, WA, Seattle – $80,200.00 – $ USD annually

Base salary range is listed above. The total Amazon package includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
