Job Description High-Lift Box Truck Operator

Automation Personnel Services is looking for High-Lift Box Truck Operators for a major airline food service company based in Nashville, TN. They will be responsible for safely prepared meals between airport facilities and aircraft on the tarmac. This role ensures timely and accurate deliveries that support daily flight operations while maintaining strict compliance with airport and company safety standards.

$22.00 per hour

Monday to Friday and weekend shifts required

2:00 am to 11:00 pm

3:00 am to 12:00 pm

2:00 pm to 11:00 pm

• Load and unload delivery vehicles with goods, supplies, and service carts
• Safely operate and maneuver high-lift vehicles to and from aircraft positions on the tarmac
• Position vehicles accurately at aircraft, secure work platforms, and follow all loading and unloading protocols
• Communicate effectively with Customer Service, Flight Attendants, and Airport Operations personnel to resolve issues and ensure smooth deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of assigned vehicles

• Must pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and both company and federal airport background checks
• Must have a strong understanding of safe driving practices
• Ability to use navigation tools such as GPS systems and mobile apps
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
